I think that many tots are like ours 🙂 Or at least have such moods… Those are great ideas – we’ll be trying them today!

This post is so comforting.. I thought I was the only one dealing with an active toddler who won’t sit still.. Kids all around seem to be more patient than mine.. I make him perform on nursery rhymes. Head shoulders knees and toes, teddy bear teddy bear turn around, twinkle twinkle little star are a few of this favorites. This has also given him alot of vocabulary and recognition of objects and parts of body. He loves making shapes with his fingers too..
I would definitely try dancing with him.

We bought a mini-trampoline after spending a lot of time & $$ to take our girls to “tot time” every Saturday at the indoor trampoline park. Urban Rebounder has a stability bar that makes it fun and safer for kiddos. Great way to bounce out energy (and parents can use it for a FUN cardio workout too everyday…).

I especially love the active book reading. I think a lot of parents assume reading has to be something you sit down and focus on, but for toddlers that’s not always possible!
