Hi – I don’t believe that the creator of this craft did this (it was done by a guest blogger as you can see in the intro) but a lot of times it depends on the brand! I’ve used Duck Brand washi tape and found it to be excellent quality. You can definitely decoupage it, though!

Did it stick well to your bottles? Did you seal it to stay?
