Hi! You are absolutely right. They would be more secure if sewn and the only reason I didn&#039;t is because one of my goals with this blog is to simplify the crafts and make them easy for anyone - even those with little time, or (in my case) repetitive stress injuries. So gluing makes it great for a fun, quick accessory that you wear occasionally with a specific outfit, but if you want to sell it, or have it as a go-to regular piece, sewing would definitely be the solutions.
&lt;strong&gt;
A few things if you do sew it: &lt;/strong&gt;
	It&#039;s harder to freeform it - you&#039;ll probably want to plan it on a scrap piece of felt or in chalk first.
You can add a little extra touch by sewing around the edges, or even backing it with a fresh piece of felt.
YOu can make it even more professional looking if you finish off the holes too.
