Hi Gail, I always love seeing your comments 🙂 Wire wrapping is what you make of it. You can do elaborate, specific patterns, basic designs like this, or freeform. Starting at the bottom with projects like this is the way to go, because you can see how much of a feel you have for the wire, and then learn to manipulate it further. Seed beads usually use a different sizing system. You’d want an 8/0-6/0 size for 3-4mm.
