I gave a 3 month diaper subscription as a gift—cost over $200. It entitled the famiy to 1 box is diapers a month. Just one. They never came on time. I could have just ordered the diapers off of amazon (free shipping) and saved myself $80. A case if diapers is only 40 bucks. What a rip off! Live and learn. Never again.

Have you contacted their customer service team? You may want to share your dissatisfaction there, maybe they can do something about it.
My review above is for the bundles that I received and I am quite satisfied. I have not tried the diaper subscription.

Awful. They are consistently out of certain diaper brands and sizes (for weeks on end); it literally takes 2 weeks to receive one box of diapers; and the cost is just not worth it. I do not recommend this service, which is really more of an inconvenience.
